FADA ENGINEERING
FADA developed a 50-ton capacity battery-powered transfer cart equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, designed for safe and precise transportation of BESS energy storage containers between indoor and outdoor areas. This custom-engineered solution enhances operational efficiency, eliminates crane dependency, and supports sustainable handling for the global energy sector.
50 TON BESS TRANSFER CART
The client, a manufacturer of energy storage containers (BESS units), needed a safe and flexible transport solution to move heavy containers between assembly and testing areas. Traditional crane and forklift setups could not deliver the required levels of precision, balance, and efficiency for continuous production flow.
The main engineering challenge was to develop a hydraulic-lifting transport cart that could align perfectly with the client’s stationary stands and operate stably on both smooth indoor floors and uneven outdoor surfaces. Environmental factors such as floor variations, changing lighting conditions, and tight spaces required a design that maintained high accuracy under all circumstances.
FADA designed and manufactured a battery-powered transfer cart with an integrated hydraulic lift rated for 50 tons. The system provides high-precision alignment with the client’s custom steel stands, enabling safe lifting and lowering of heavy BESS containers. Dual hydraulic cylinders deliver synchronized lifting, while the reinforced steel chassis ensures structural stability even on uneven ground.
This custom engineering solution eliminated crane dependency and reduced transfer time, streamlining the client’s production process. The 50-ton BESS transfer cart delivered exceptional reliability, precision, and sustainability, ensuring smooth container movement between indoor and outdoor zones.
FADA continues to develop innovative transport systems for the global energy sector—combining safety, sustainability, and engineering precision in every project.
