FADA ENGINEERING
Discover how FADA’s synchronized transfer carts move in perfect harmony under a single control system. Hydraulic lifting, wireless coordination, and precision motion, tested and engineered for heavy-duty performance.
In the world of heavy-duty material handling, precision and coordination are essential. FADA’s synchronized transfer carts take industrial transport to a new level enabling two or more vehicles to move in complete harmony using a single control system. This innovation provides seamless movement, improved safety, and unmatched flexibility in load handling.
Recently, our engineering team conducted a real-time test at the FADA R&D Center to demonstrate the power of this synchronization technology. Two 50-ton capacity transfer carts equipped with hydraulic lifting tables operated simultaneously under a unified control platform achieving precise alignment, perfect balance, and synchronized motion during lifting and transport.
Synchronized transfer carts are designed to operate as one integrated system. Each cart features an independent drive and steering unit, but movement parameters — speed, direction, and position are controlled centrally. This allows multiple units to function together as a single platform for extra-long or oversized loads.
This advanced synchronization mechanism eliminates the need for mechanical connection shafts or external alignment systems, reducing setup time and operator workload.
During our latest test session, both carts operated as a single synchronized system across multiple scenarios: straight-line travel, corner maneuvering, and vertical lifting under dynamic loads. Each motion was performed with less than 2 mm deviation proving the accuracy of the FADA synchronization algorithm.

The result? Flawless coordination, zero vibration, and full load balance, even during lifting and turning movements.
Synchronized systems offer unmatched advantages for industries handling long or oversized components, such as:
By integrating FADA’s synchronization technology, manufacturers can achieve higher operational efficiency, reduced operator dependency, and enhanced workplace safety — all while handling heavier and more complex loads than ever before.
Each synchronized transfer system is developed and tested by FADA Engineering at our advanced R&D Center. From software synchronization algorithms to hydraulic balance calibration and load stability testing, every component is validated to perform under real industrial conditions.
These technologies reflect FADA’s commitment to combining smart control, powerful mechanics, and operational safety creating a new benchmark for the future of industrial transport.
FADA’s synchronized transfer carts prove that heavy load handling can be as precise as it is powerful. Through single-operator control, synchronized hydraulic lifting, and intelligent motion coordination, FADA brings the next generation of intralogistics to life where engineering meets harmony.
